What benefits do I get from a dashboard that I don't get from traditional reporting?

You can manage smarter and that is a good thing in any economic environment.  You can manage smarter without worrying about integrating to disparate data sources.  We take data and turn it into meaningful information that you can use.  Every manager is responsible for establishing some type of KPI’s or matrix to measure the performance of their department, our system will allow you to access this key information in a graphical format from anywhere at any time with real time data for the quickest decision making possible .

 

I don't currently use automated reporting because it is too complicated. Is DynamX difficult to use?

DynamX is very easily implemented and will revolutionize how you see your business. Once in place, DynamX will operate without any further input. You will see real-time data which auto-refreshes at the interval that you desire, as quickly as every second.

 

How long does it take to install DynamX?

Generally within 48 hours of beginning the install process, DynamX will be up and running.

 

How do the dashboards work?

What kind of data is required?

DynamX is ODBC compliant. It will interface with Meditech, HMS, CPSI, just to name a few. DynamX will even interface with an Excel spreadsheet.

 

Why is DynamX better than other solutions?

Other solutions are all "blank slate." That is, the user has to develop their own charts, dashboards, and interfaces. DynamX is turn-key. iPro Healthcare develops everything and ensures its proper functioning within any business intelligence environment.

 

What type of charts can I choose from?

Is there a limit to the number of charts that I can purchase?

The basic package comes with 12 included, but you may purchase as many charts as you would like. Your options are endless.

 

Do I have to purchase charts only available in the online catalog?

You absolutely have the ability to request specific queries. Simply send the queries to us and let us do the work of building your dashboards to meet your needs.

 

Can I have more than one user?

A key component to DynamX is that you will receive not just one, but five (5) users in the basic package. Data interpretation can truly be a collaborative effort. Dashboards can be viewed on any computer with internet access and a web browser.

 

Do I need to buy a new server if I already have one?

No, if you have a server available, you can use it.

 

Are there more options for maximizing my management potential using DynamX?

There are currently three modules available as add-ons: Alerts Module, Real-Time Analytics Module, and DynamX Live LCD Edition.

 

How much does DynamX cost?

The basic package starts as low as $25,000. Contact us today to receive a proposal based on your specific business intelligence environment.

 

My budget window has already passed and there are no funds available this year for purchase. Do you have other options for purchase?

Yes.  We offer a traditional purchase with annual maintenance, leasing options, and a reasonable up-front cost with monthly payments.

 

What type of service agreement do you provide?

The cost is 20% per year of the original cost of the software.  We offer an annual maintenance agreement that will allow you to have software updates, dashboard adjustments, as well as telephone support.
